Port Edgar marina is easy to find. We’re located on the south side of the Firth of Forth, just west of the Road Bridge.

By Road

The postcode for your sat nav is EH30 9SQ. Approaching Port Edgar from the East you will pass under the Forth Road Bridge along Shore Road.

By Rail

Port Edgar is a 20 minute walk from Dalmeny Station which has regular trains to Edinburgh Waverley and along the Fife line.

By Bus

Stagecoach number 40/40A runs to and from Edinburgh on a circular route approximately every 20 minutes. The bus stop outside the police station in South Queensferry is the closest to the Marina. When returning to Edinburgh, the quickest route is the 40A from this stop.

By Bike

From Edinburgh, follow the Sustrans national cycle route 1. Downloadable at www.sustrans.org.uk

By Boat

Please contact the marina office by phone or VHF before arrival to be allocated a berth. When entering and leaving the Marina please ensure you stay mid channel through either of the entrances and maintain a parallel course to the breakwaters until you are well clear of the floating barrier.  The seaward end of the west breakwater is marked with a RED light Dir Fl.R.4s4m8M and the floating barrier is identified by three yellow lights 3xQ.Y during the hours of darkness. Within the marina keep close to the pontoon system as the surrounding areas dry to soft mud at low water.
